2026 Mayoral Candidate Interviews
Following the 2026 primary election, Mel and Bernard advanced to the general election for Mayor of the County of Kauaʻi. Hōʻike Community Media is continuing to provide voters with access to their recorded candidate interviews as part of our commitment to community engagement, public access, and nonpartisan election coverage.
Hōʻike Community Media offered participating candidates the same interview format and core questions. The presentation of these interviews is provided as a public service and does not constitute an endorsement of either candidate.
