Ho‘ike certified producers wanting to learn more about Final Cut Pro, lighting equipment, green screen effects, and other advanced techniques can request to arrange for a special training session. Call Ho‘ike at 246-1556 for details or to make an appointment.

Certified Producer Class

Learn how to produce a program from start to finish! Ho‘ike's cameras and editing equipment is available for use to certified producers.

Ho‘ike's Certified Producer class teaches how to produce a program from start to finish. The class covers; proper setup, use, and care of camera, tripod, and audio equipment; basic editing with Final Cut Pro including using various transitions; adding text and background music; how to output projects to a VHS tape; and the tape submission procedure.

New classes begin each month (except Dec.) and meet Wed. and Thur. from 4:30 pm until 7 pm. See below for the next upcoming class schedules. Because class schedules are subject to change, please reconfirm before attending the first class. Class space is limited and registration is required. For more information call Ho‘ike at 246-1556.
