  Tape Submissions:  (Forms & Tape labels must be completed properly for the tape to be cablecast.)


~ Any resident of Kauai can submit a tape to be cable cast on Ho'ike with the completed submission form. Tape/s from 
    off island need a local presenter to be responsible for the tape.
~ Programs must be submitted on S-VHS and VHS tape.  The longest acceptable tape is a T120 or ST120..
~ Tapes must be accompanied with a Video Submission and/or Resubmission forms.
~ Series Programs require one submission form for each tape in the series.  Contact the Community Services Coordinator for details for a series.
~ Audio of the submitted program MUST be in stereo, Hi-Fi or  mix, preferably in "MIX".
~ Tapes must be label properly: Print legibly or type spine label and include, Title (30 characters of less including 
    spaces and characters), Length of leader before the first frame of video, the exact length of the program (from  the 
    first frame of video to the last frame of video).
~ Tapes may be submitted Mon-Fri from 9a to 4p.
 
FORM:

* Download the Video Submission form to your computer,  complete the form, and print it for your signature and submit with your tape.


If we can't read it, we can't schedule it!
Please type or print labels legibly.
